Cleanser: Kickstart your day with the Super Shower Power Body Cleanser… For a multi-sensorial experience, lather gently over your whole body. Inhale deeply before rinsing.

Hand Balm: To get the full Uplifting Hand Balm experience apply daily. Warm a pea-sized amount in the palm of your hand before massaging into the skin. We recommend cupping your hands over your nose and mouth whilst following the breathing technique, in for 7 seconds and out slowly for 11 seconds.

Body Butter: Want to supercharge your morning (and get soft skin?) Meet NEW Great Day Magnesium Body Butter. Massage the equivalent of a heaped tablespoon of the wonderfully-whippy, seriously-soft and lovely lightweight body butter all over your body.

Candle: Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4. Trim the wick before every use to no shorter than 1cm. As you inhale the fragrance, practice mindful breathing techniques…breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.

Face Cream: Seal in moisture with the NEW Perfect Night’s Sleep Overnight Facial Cream and sleep well.
